Established by Jakob Wintulich in 1909, from our humble beginnings we remain locally owned and operated, and are very proud to have become an Australian household name.
With a strong leaning towards our historic German traditions we have developed over 40 products including our famous Garlic Mettwurst. Other products include Pepperoni, Kranskys, Biersticks, ham, bacon and beef jerky.
We are identified for our premium taste profile and unique flavours achieved through our processing method of smoking product in traditional ovens with red gum sourced from the Barossa Valley.
Our smallgoods are 100% gluten free and we only use premium ingredients.
Our range is available through Independent retailers throughout Australia, we provide inputs to many iconic Australian food manufacturers, service the food service industry and offer an export range suited to a variety of markets.
